Who we are

What we collect

When you request course information, we collect your name, email, phone number, the state you're viewing, the school you chose (if any), and any message you add. When a school asks about a featured listing, we collect the school's name, contact details, and the states it teaches in.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and visits in aggregate. It doesn't use cookies. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

How we use and share it

If you choose a featured school, your request goes to that school. If the state has no featured school, we share your request with one approved real estate school in that state. Either way, the school may contact you about its courses by phone, text, or email. We don't pass your request to marketers.

School inquiries are used to respond about featured listings. We also use service providers to run the site, including Web3Forms to deliver form submissions and Vercel to host the site. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Once a school receives your request, its own privacy policy governs how it uses your information. To stop hearing from a school, contact that school directly.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions as long as needed to deliver your request and maintain business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing bruce@webrealestate.com.

Age

This site is intended for adults. Real estate licenses are generally available only to people 18 or older.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page with a new effective date.
